Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are handled the next working day.

Shipping Time
For Kerala, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. For other Indian states, it may take 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges
Prepaid orders enjoy free shipping. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat ₹49 charge is applied at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an SMS/email with your tracking ID so you can track your package in real time.

Delayed or Lost Orders
