Return and cancellation policy

Return/Exchange Window:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Condition:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Used/damaged items won’t be accepted.

Size Issues:
If the size doesn’t fit, contact us at +91 8848313557. We’ll replace it with the correct size (T&C apply).

Return Charges:
For returns after delivery, a ₹75 reverse pickup charge applies. Or you can self-ship to our return address.

Defective/Wrong Product:
No need to return unless confirmed by our team. Share clear images, and we’ll replace it free of cost.

Full Responsibility (If Our Mistake):
If we sent a defective/wrong item, we’ll cover all costs to replace it.

Self-Shipping Guidelines:
Use reliable courier services and pack securely to avoid damage during transit.

Replacement Process:
Replacements are shipped only after we receive and quality check the returned product.

Failed QC:
If the returned product is used or dirty, refund/exchange will be denied.

One-Time Pickup:
Only one return/exchange pickup per order is allowed. Wait till all items are delivered to request return.

Wrong Size by Customer:
If the wrong size was selected by you, a ₹75 pickup fee applies. You may also send it back yourself.
